CTIFL: Highlighting diversification

One of the standout announcements for SITEVI 2025 is the official partnership with the CTIFL (Interbranch Technical Centre for Fruit and Vegetables). This first-time collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting the transitions underway across agricultural sectors—whether through evolving practices, crop diversification or the development of sustainable solutions.
The CTIFL will contribute to the event through a number of key activities, including conferences and workshops focused on fruit flavour. Its presence signals a strong commitment to enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of the fruit & vegetable sector, while also building strategic bridges with the viticulture, arboriculture and olive-growing worlds.

As part of this partnership, the 2025 “Les Remarquables” Award winners will be celebrated at a special ceremony hosted by Pierre Compère during the show. Organised by INTERFEL, this competition aims to shine a spotlight on innovations—whether upstream or downstream of the supply chain—that improve or even revolutionise the way fresh fruit and vegetables are consumed. Keay selection criteria include value creation for consumers, economic, social and environmental impact, and overall novelty.
