What are the dates and opening hours of the show?Public access to the show is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., from November 25 to 27, 2025.
Exhibitors can access the show from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during opening days. -
What do I need to know to enter the show?To access the trade show, all visitors must present a badge. You can register online starting today and download your access badge by clicking here.

Did you receive an invitation card?
- Option 1 : Visit our website to register. Enter the code shown on your invitation card, fill out the registration form, and confirm your request. You will automatically receive your pass by email. You can either print it or show it directly on your smartphone at the entrance. Recommended to avoid queues.
- Option 2: If you haven’t requested your pass in advance, please present your invitation card at the entrance. You will be asked to provide the necessary information to obtain your access pass.
- Option 3: Don’t have a pass or an invitation card? You can purchase an access pass on site for €31 incl. VAT, payable at the ticket counters located at the entrance. After payment, you’ll need to provide the required information to receive your pass.

What is the admission fee?The pass costs €21 (incl. VAT) if purchased online, and €31 (incl. VAT) on site.
If you have an invitation card with a code, your entry is free upon registration. -
Is there a student rate?
Yes, admission is free for students, whether attending individually or as part of a group, upon presentation of valid student ID:
Online: Registration is free, provided you upload a valid student ID when requesting your pass.
On site: Admission is also free, as long as you present valid student ID at the entrance.
A valid student ID is required in all cases. -
Can minors attend the show?Yes, provided they present valid documentation and are enrolled in an agricultural program or a vocational training course related to the sector.

When ticketing opens: To get your SITEVI access pass, go to the homepage of the website and click on the registration link. Create your login and password, then select the profile that best matches your situation (e.g. visitor). Make sure to complete the entire form until you reach the order confirmation page.
Once your registration is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your pass.

What is the purpose of the personal account?As soon as a pass request is submitted for SITEVI, a personal account is automatically created. This personal space allows you to:
- Track your online orders and download your passes
- Access your invoice (available within 24 hours)
- Request an invitation letter for visa purposes, if needed
- Access your appointment booking platform during the show
- Share your participation on social media
- View practical information related to your visit

How can I resume an incomplete order?
If you didn’t complete your order, you can resume it at any time by logging back into your personal account via this link: https://bit.ly/44wyd1u
You can also access it through the link included in the email sent when your account was created. -
How can I recover my password to access my personal account?If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot password" link available on the homepage of your personal account. You will receive an email allowing you to reset it. For security reasons, the SITEVI team cannot provide your password by phone or email under any circumstances.

Does the pass ordered online allow direct access to the show?Yes. Once your pass has been ordered online, you can present it at the entrance, either printed or on your smartphone. It gives you direct access to the show without going through on-site registration.

Can I access the show with an e-pass on my mobile or tablet?Yes. Electronic formats (phone, tablet, laptop…) are accepted. If you have an e-pass, you can present it directly at the entrance to access the show.

Can I modify my pass?Since your pass is personal and non-transferable, it cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. We recommend double-checking your information before completing your registration. All orders are final and non-refundable.

I ordered a pass for the show. Can I give it to a colleague?No, the pass is strictly personal. It’s issued in your name and cannot be transferred to someone else. If your colleague wishes to attend, they’ll need to request their own pass.

Can I order an additional pass from my personal account?Yes, absolutely! From your personal account, you can easily add one or more additional passes using the “Colleagues” tab.

I ordered my pass but didn’t receive it by email. What should I do?If you requested a pass for SITEVI 2025 but haven’t received it, please check the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder: the email is sent from [email protected]. We recommend adding this address to your contacts.
- Make sure the email address you provided during registration is correct.
- Ensure that you completed your order. If not, you may have received an email confirming the creation of your personal account.
- Log in to your personal account to resume and complete your pending order.
- If the issue persists, please contact our hotline.

I received my order confirmation and pass by email, but I can’t view it. What should I do?Your confirmation email includes a PDF version of your pass. If you’re having trouble opening the file, we recommend downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader to view your pass. You can also access and download your pass directly from your personal account.

What is the deadline to request a pass online?Visitor passes can be requested online until November 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

Is my pass valid for the entire duration of the show?Yes. Your pass is valid for all three days of the show, from 25 to 27 November 2025. You may use it to attend on one, two, or all three days.

Are the parking areas subject to a fee?
No, all parking areas at the Parc des Expositions in Montpellier are free for visitors. Parking lots P1, P2, P3, and P4 are made available free of charge by the Parc des Expositions in Montpellier and the Airport.
Free shuttle buses are available from the various parking areas. This service, open to all visitors, provides seamless transportation between the parking zones and the show entrance, making your visit more convenient.

Is there a cloakroom service at the show?Yes, free cloakrooms are available at the entrances of the exhibition halls. You can leave your personal belongings there during your visit.

What accessibility services are available for visitors with reduced mobility?The Parc des Expositions de Montpellier is fully equipped to accommodate visitors with reduced mobility and offers several free support services:
- Parking: All parking areas at the Parc des Expositions de Montpellier include dedicated spaces for visitors with reduced mobility. These spaces are located near elevators and pedestrian walkways.
- On-site assistance: At the main entrance of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (Porte A2), reception staff are available to assist visitors with reduced mobility. The General Security Office also remains open at all times, including outside reception hours, for additional assistance if needed.
- Wheelchairs: Wheelchairs are available from the General Security Office (subject to availability and upon presentation of valid ID).

How can I get a press pass for SITEVI 2025?
To request your press pass, register directly via this link, which will redirect you to the pre-registration page. You’ll be asked to create a login and password.
Be sure to follow all steps until the order confirmation page appears. Your accreditation request will then be reviewed and validated by the press agency. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email allowing you to download your pass.

Can I get a press accreditation on site?If you did not obtain a press accreditation before the show or if you forgot it, you can go to one of the press desks located at the entrance of the show. Upon presentation of your press card, and subject to validation by our press agency, an accreditation giving access to the press services may be issued to you.

I would like to request a visa invitation letterThe visa invitation letter request must be made online. Once you have ordered your pass, you can request your visa invitation letter directly from your personal account. A SITEVI invitation letter will be sent to you by email, and it must be submitted to the French Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence. Please note that the Embassy or Consulate is solely responsible for deciding whether your visa will be granted and remains your only point of contact for any further questions.
