Who is eligible to participate?

The competition is open to all exhibitors and co-exhibitors at SITEVI 2025 who present an innovation—be it a product, service, or process—that brings genuine added value to their market. Entries are reviewed by an independent panel of experts from scientific, technical, and industry backgrounds.

What are the benefits of participating?

Taking part in the SITEVI Innovation Awards offers strategic visibility at every stage of the event:

  • Before the show, with the announcement of the nominees at a press conference in Montpellier at the end of September, ensuring strong media coverage.
  • During the event, through enhanced exposure in the official press kit, dedicated visibility across the show’s communication channels, and the awards ceremony held on Tuesday, November 25—the opening day.
  • After the show, thanks to a dedicated communication kit and extended visibility among key stakeholders, visitors, journalists, and industry influencers.
